For the stander size costume, we have the a model of the cutting already, but custom size costume hasn't, our tailors need several days to create a new one to make the costume, so the processing time will be longer.

The overcoat is too small. When someone gives you measurements. you add in the lenght. Measuring requires you measure on the body. If its an OVERCOAT you make the size even more bigger. I put my arm in and it was already sweating.

What quality level is the Polyester? For the costume, I require a Dark Purple choker. Do you have any? I have difficulty in reading different shades of color. Please also tell me the color. Can you tell me the colors for the shirt, pants, and overcoat? Do you also have the shoes for this Keima Katsuragi costume? I like to know everything about the things I buy. Sorry for this long discussion.

1) This is general polyester, suitable for standard cosplay.
2) The actual costume is just same as the photo shown; if you'd like to change the color/material, please submit ticket (with product link & request) to our Support Center and let our tailor check if they can make for you.
3) For the costume colors: it includes a white shirt, a pale purple pants & a red coat, just like the product photo shown.
4) Yes, we have shoes, wig & accessor for Keima, please check Keima Cosplay.

Hey, so I notice this costume doesn't come with the purple choker(demon bomb collar) like the Elsie costume has. Would it be possible to get one as well with this as it is important for the costume as a whole? It'll save me some time making one for myself, after I get my measurements to order this set

hello, does the cosplay come with the patch? because I heard form my sister that her friend bought a cosplay from a diffrent cosplay website and it didn't come with it, so I was wounding if this cosplay comes with the patch? also the size that I measure myself show not in the chart, but a little bit on the LXX so should I go with LXX or e mail you my size.

How to measure?

A: About the measurement, when you choose custom size, you need to measure your exact body size (according to the following picture) instead of the costume size. Our tailors will make the costume fit for you.

Once you make an order, it will take 15–20 working days to customize your costume by professional dressmaker. Complicated dress may need more than 30 days. Some wigs and Customized shoes will take a litter longer, about 4 to 5 weeks. All the accessories can ship immediately. If you need to attend a convention, please make sure you have enough time for preparing. 

Our dressmaker will start customizing the dress for you within 2 days after receiving your payment, it's impossible to cancel an order. Please make a careful decision.

Payment:

We accept payments from Paypal, Stripe and Worldpay.

Paypal accepts pay by Paypal.

Stripe accepts payments by ApplePay and credit cards (including VISA, MASTER, DISCOVER, AMEX, JCB, and DINER Club).

Custom & Tax:
