Hello brittanie, yes, we can tailor make the size for you. Please choose any standard size, and write down the custom size measurements (shoulder width, chest, waist, hip, outside leg, height, weight; in cm & kg) in remark box in order form. n_n

*Custom size costume doesn't charge extra cost, but the processing time will be longer than standard size costumes; for this costume in custom size, we need about 2 months to make it (excluding the shipping time).

Hello Roxas, the price is for 1 piece of this costume, including a dress, 2 gloves, 2 elbow supporters, the neck wear. Our tailors need about 50-60 business days to make it (after order is paid)(excluding shipping time), so it is unable to reach you within 2 weeks.

Hello, I would like to buy the cosplay Chii white dress for a convention my daughter is attending on October 31st but I am unsure which size to order. Her measurements in inches are; Chest 35, waist 29, hips 37, shoulder 15, height 63 and weight 119lbs. If we order an XL I think it might be too long...can you help? Also we will need to pay VAT on your shipping costs even though these are free to the UK - this depends on the price you declare the item to cost - will you be declaring the cost as £84.22? Hello Pixen, the shipping time depends on the shipping methods that you choose. Take an example, if you choose HongKong Post (free shipping charge), it takes 7-15 working days to reach destination. If you pay extra shipping cost to choose faster shipping methods, the time is shorter. Like United States Postal Services (4-7 working days), EMS (3-6 working days), UPS (3-5 working days), HongKong Speedpost (3-5 working days), Fedex/IE (4-6 working days), Fedex (2-4 working days). All shipping methods (with price and shipping time) will be shown in the order form before you pay, you may choose there. Hope this information help.

A: About the measurement, when you choose custom size, you need to measure your exact body size (according to the following picture) instead of the costume size. Our tailors will make the costume fit for you.

Once you make an order, it will take 15–20 working days to customize your costume by professional dressmaker. Complicated dress may need more than 30 days. Some wigs and Customized shoes will take a litter longer, about 4 to 5 weeks. All the accessories can ship immediately. If you need to attend a convention, please make sure you have enough time for preparing. 

Our dressmaker will start customizing the dress for you within 2 days after receiving your payment, it's impossible to cancel an order. Please make a careful decision.

Payment:

We accept payments from Paypal, Stripe and Worldpay.
