I just received this costume today. Its made of much nicer and sturdier material than other sites I've ordered from AND it comes with every single accessory. Its kind of straight, not accounting for my waistline, but that's the ONLY negative thing about it. Highly recommend.

Hello JCAnimeLuva7, this is a polyester costume, so the collar is made of cotton, it is elastic, so just put it as a normal neck wear will be okay.  n_n

Hi Patricia, how long the length of the skirt do you want? After you check out the order, please write down your request in the remark box, our tailor will tailor made for you. 
                    Because of the Chinese Lunar New Year holiday now, all our tailors have been on holidays already and will be back around 25th Feb. And the costume will need about 12-17 business days (after 25th Feb) for us to finish, while Hong Kong Post takes another 20-30 days to deliver your package, so it can reach you before May.n_n

Im worried it as a have a bit of belly and if the puple waist band is in the wrong place will show stomach?! Any way of doing it with a light purple velcro sash arpund waist i.e letting me choose where to place the light purple waist belt/sash?! Thanks

A: About the measurement, when you choose custom size, you need to measure your exact body size (according to the following picture) instead of the costume size. Our tailors will make the costume fit for you.

Once you make an order, it will take 15–20 working days to customize your costume by professional dressmaker. Complicated dress may need more than 30 days. Some wigs and Customized shoes will take a litter longer, about 4 to 5 weeks. All the accessories can ship immediately. If you need to attend a convention, please make sure you have enough time for preparing. 

Our dressmaker will start customizing the dress for you within 2 days after receiving your payment, it's impossible to cancel an order. Please make a careful decision.
