When you say that it comes with a pannier, do you mean one of those undergarments that gives the dress a little boost? How does it look like, if there is one?

*The actual costume is just same as the photo shown, because we take product photos ourselves in our office. :)

Hi, I buy this dress and is very beautiful! But I mistake the size, since normally I'm a size M, an the dress is too small in waist and chest! Also the color is different from the photo! Isn't white, is more like ivory/cream! And the pearl decoration fell off!

WARNING! Dress is yellow, not white as shown! Quality isn't that great, you can tell the beads were just hot glued on, so when I took it out 8 of them fell off and I had to glue them on again, which now was a waste of time because I don't like how yellow it is. I wish they had stated that it was yellow so I didn't get stuck with a dress that I now don't want to wear and can't return.

How to measure?

A: About the measurement, when you choose custom size, you need to measure your exact body size (according to the following picture) instead of the costume size. Our tailors will make the costume fit for you.

Once you make an order, it will take 15–20 working days to customize your costume by professional dressmaker. Complicated dress may need more than 30 days. Some wigs and Customized shoes will take a litter longer, about 4 to 5 weeks. All the accessories can ship immediately. If you need to attend a convention, please make sure you have enough time for preparing.

Our dressmaker will start customizing the dress for you within 2 days after receiving your payment, it's impossible to cancel an order. Please make a careful decision.
