I was wondering.. it says it would be back in stock around the 15th of February, but it's now March and it still says it's out of stock. Is it really still out of stock? I need to order this wig soon for an upcoming con.

**It has been out of stock during early to mid-Jan. 2013, but it is back to stock after mid-Feb. 2013. :)

When will the new shipment come in for these wigs? My mom ordered one for me back in April, but they said they were out of stock, and we'd have to wait awhile. We haven't heard back since. I'm just getting a bit worried that it may not come in time. Thank you~

Hello Cassie, the actual wig is same as the product photo, but it will be packed with the basic style, after you receive it, just use some hair styling clay to fix and the style will be okay. n_n

*We pack the wig with basic style (like: no spikes, pony tails will not clip on the wig but put flat together; wavy & curly style is the same) to avoid style destroyed during international shipping process. d(^_^)

Once you make an order, it will take 15–20 working days to customize your costume by professional dressmaker. Complicated dress may need more than 30 days. Some wigs and Customized shoes will take a litter longer, about 4 to 5 weeks. All the accessories can ship immediately. If you need to attend a convention, please make sure you have enough time for preparing.

Our dressmaker will start customizing the dress for you within 2 days after receiving your payment, it's impossible to cancel an order. Please make a careful decision.

Payment:

We accept payments from Paypal, Stripe and Worldpay.

Paypal accepts pay by Paypal.

Custom & Tax:

Cosplayfu has no control over import charges and does not have responsibility for the package meeting local customs taxes. If the package is subsequently returned to us, you will be responsible for the return shipping charges and the transaction fee of the total product purchase.
