Thank you, I have one more question to ask. Is the chest chain included. I saw that there's an official chest chain in accessories. Looking at other third uniforms, I see that they have the official chest chain while Lenalee does not. Does it come with it or does it have to be ordered seprately? And how would it go on the uniform?

Yet another question! Does the accuracy of your weight influence the fit of the costume? Because when I submitted measurements in my order, I used an estimated weight due to a broken scale. Hi, I was just wondering about the measuring for custom sizes, for sleeve length, on the diagram it shows from the shoulder down to the wrist, but on the instructions it says from the shoulder to the elbow, which one should I follow?

Hello Jane, normally, it depends on the delivery companies operations, if you write in order remark that 'just left at the door', then, we will mark it on the shipping info, normally, they can do it; however, for several delivery companies (like UPS, Fedex), they will need to get the recipient signature before delivered package, so they will not and cannot just left the package at the door. n_n

How to measure?

A: About the measurement, when you choose custom size, you need to measure your exact body size (according to the following picture) instead of the costume size. Our tailors will make the costume fit for you.

Once you make an order, it will take 15–20 working days to customize your costume by professional dressmaker. Complicated dress may need more than 30 days. Some wigs and Customized shoes will take a litter longer, about 4 to 5 weeks. All the accessories can ship immediately. If you need to attend a convention, please make sure you have enough time for preparing. 

Our dressmaker will start customizing the dress for you within 2 days after receiving your payment, it's impossible to cancel an order. Please make a careful decision.
