Received the dress a few days ago, nicely made and on time. However, there is one issue: the back strap on the apron, with the velcro, is almost 5 inches too short and will in no way fit around my waist. Everything else was perfect, so I'm only a little disappointed. I'll take it to a local tailor because I don't have time to take it back. All in all, it looks wonderful, and I'd give it a 10 out of 10 if it weren't for the apron problem. 9/10

Hello Vanessa, if you order standard size, the dress will reach around your knees when you stand up.  Yes, we put a pannier under the dress when taking photos, (but the pannier is not included), it will be better if put a petticoat under the dress.  n_n

I was very happy to find the costume in my mail yesterday. To my dismay, you did not seem to have heeded my informations and instructions. The costume that arrived here is two sizes too big, and the dress seems to be longer, instead of shorter, like I requested. I'll need to get the size of this changed, and this will make it pretty expensive, most likely. I wouldn't know what else to do with it. I am disappointed with your customization. I don't know if I'll buy again.

Hello~ I've taken my measurements for this dress and none of them really completely fall along the lines of the Sizes given on the chart. Is there anyway I can just simply give my exact measurements so that I am positive it fits? The closest measurements to mine are MaleL and MaleXL...but will it be more...manly shaped then? if it says "Male" Im worried it wont fit like how a girls outfit would.

How to measure?

A: About the measurement, when you choose custom size, you need to measure your exact body size (according to the following picture) instead of the costume size. Our tailors will make the costume fit for you.

Once you make an order, it will take 15–20 working days to customize your costume by professional dressmaker. Complicated dress may need more than 30 days. Some wigs and Customized shoes will take a litter longer, about 4 to 5 weeks. All the accessories can ship immediately. If you need to attend a convention, please make sure you have enough time for preparing. 

Our dressmaker will start customizing the dress for you within 2 days after receiving your payment, it's impossible to cancel an order. Please make a careful decision.

Payment:

We accept payments from Paypal, Stripe and Worldpay.

Paypal accepts pay by Paypal.

Stripe accepts payments by ApplePay and credit cards (including VISA, MASTER, DISCOVER, AMEX, JCB, and DINER Club).

Custom & Tax:

Cosplayfu has no control over import charges and does not have responsibility for the package meeting local customs taxes.
