I have one of these costumes made by you (amazing job, by the way!!) and I was doing makeup and I got some on the top of it. Is the costume machine washable, by any chance?

Hello Claire, this is a polyester costume, so you can use washing machine to wash it.  (n__n)

A: Most of our costumes are polyester costumes, so you can simply take them to professional dry clean store after wearing them; or, you can wash them:- 
(1). Hand washes only, using warm water (or normal, just don't be so hot or cold) will be okay. 
(2). For most of them (except leather, fur & materials that are thin, light or weak), you can iron it (like ironing normal clothing) when they are dry. 
(3). It will be better for you to wash them separately, because costumes' colors are always being sharp & bright (like red, yellow, purple, green, etc). So please wash them separately, because this type of colors may mix color with other clothes or costumes.

I have a few more questions. Will the costume arrive pretty much what it looks like in the pictures? Will the head accessory be sturdy enough to safely make the trip to Canada?

Hello Elaine, the actual costume is just same as the photo shown. As you can see the orange "CosplayFU" label on the model neck, that means we took these actual product photos in our office directly.
For the costume accessories, we will pack them with so Styrofoam (or small air bag) to make sure every costume accessories will stay at good condition during the long international delivery process.  So please don't worry about it.  (n__n)

Hello Evan, the actual costume is just same as the photo shown and it will be a bit darker than the photo. We use a spot light when taking product photos, so the effect is just like you put it outdoor under sunshine.  n_n

How to measure?

A: About the measurement, when you choose custom size, you need to measure your exact body size (according to the following picture) instead of the costume size. Our tailors will make the costume fit for you.

Once you make an order, it will take 15–20 working days to customize your costume by professional dressmaker. Complicated dress may need more than 30 days. Some wigs and Customized shoes will take a litter longer, about 4 to 5 weeks. All the accessories can ship immediately. If you need to attend a convention, please make sure you have enough time for preparing. 

Our dressmaker will start customizing the dress for you within 2 days after receiving your payment, it's impossible to cancel an order. Please make a careful decision.

Custom & Tax:

Cosplayfu has no control over import charges and does not have responsibility for the package meeting local customs taxes. If the package is subsequently returned to us, you will be responsible for the return shipping charges and the transaction fee of the total product purchase.
