I got it in the mail today and I'm more than happy! I was afraid the pants may have been too large when ordering it but they fit perfectly; just like the rest. I bought this along with the wig and headphones, and everything is perfect. It's really comfortable to wear and the leg and arm warmers stay up with no problem! It came in the mail 2 weeks earlier than I thought, too. I'm really happy I bought my first cosplay here. Thanks a lot.

I received my costume today in the mail. I am very impressed! It came VERY quickly (I wasn't expecting it for another few WEEKS!) and it looks great on me! The shorts were a tad bit too big but that isn't a problem and the sleeves tend to fall off. That being said, I have very skinny arms so I was expecting this. Overall, I loved this costume, the colors are bright and it looks just like the character! I will definitely be ordering from you again!

Most of our costumes are polyester costumes, so you can simply take them to professional dry clean store after wearing them; or, you can wash them:- 
(1). Hand washes only, using warm water (or normal, just don't be so hot or cold) will be okay. 
(2). For most of them (except leather, fur & materials that are thin, light or weak), you can iron it (like ironing normal clothing) when they are dry. 
(3). It will be better for you to wash them separately, because costumes' colors are always being sharp & bright (like red, yellow, purple, green, etc). So please wash them separately, because this type of colors may mix color with other clothes or costumes. n_n

How to measure?

A: About the measurement, when you choose custom size, you need to measure your exact body size (according to the following picture) instead of the costume size. Our tailors will make the costume fit for you.

Once you make an order, it will take 15–20 working days to customize your costume by professional dressmaker. Complicated dress may need more than 30 days. Some wigs and Customized shoes will take a litter longer, about 4 to 5 weeks. All the accessories can ship immediately. If you need to attend a convention, please make sure you have enough time for preparing. 

Our dressmaker will start customizing the dress for you within 2 days after receiving your payment, it's impossible to cancel an order. Please make a careful decision.

Payment:

We accept payments from Paypal, Stripe and Worldpay.

Paypal accepts pay by Paypal.

Stripe accepts payments by ApplePay and credit cards (including VISA, MASTER, DISCOVER, AMEX, JCB, and DINER Club).

Custom & Tax:

Cosplayfu has no control over import charges and does not have responsibility for the package meeting local customs taxes. When ordering from our site, you are considered the importer and must responsible for the import tax or any additional charges.
