Hello Eve, the actual wig is same as the product photo, but it will pack with the basic style, after you receives it, just use some hair styling clay to fix the style will be okay. n_n

Hey CosplayFU! I\'m in need of some help, I bought your awesome wig, but I wanted to know if I could wash it, and if so, how to do so. Would a hand wash in warm soapy water be good? Towel dry softly? I\'m planning to wear this wig a lot because I think it looks amazing, but I wanted to know if there was any way to take care of it if it got dirty. Thank you for this awesome product, by the way! You can wash wigs in cold water with shampoo and wash gently. But remember do not brushes until it dry. When it is dry, then you can brush wigs into desired style.
*You can put it in a wig cap when it's clean & dry, we keep our wigs in this way.  n_n

Hello， this wig can be shipped within 4-6 business days. And it will take several days for the product to reach you after shipment. But if you want it to reach you faster, you can chose the fast shipping like UPS when you place the order.

Once you make an order, it will take 15–20 working days to customize your costume by professional dressmaker. Complicated dress may need more than 30 days. Some wigs and Customized shoes will take a litter longer, about 4 to 5 weeks. All the accessories can ship immediately. If you need to attend a convention, please make sure you have enough time for preparing. 

Our dressmaker will start customizing the dress for you within 2 days after receiving your payment, it's impossible to cancel an order. Please make a careful decision.
