how do I leave specifications in my order? I am ordering a custom size, but I would also like for the white belt to be able to wrap around my waist three (3) times before being tied in the big bow style. I opened a Commission ticket, and they responded with yes, they could make the belt to be able to wrap around three times, however, just as I am about to order my costume, I notice that there is no way to leave specifications to your custom order. Can someone instruct me in how to go about this. I don't want anything else on this costume to be changed, just the belt length to be altered so I may wrap it around myself three times before being tied. Thanks!

They have different making time, in this product's description says it will need 12-17 business to make. And you'd better choose UPS for shipping, UPS will delivery the package to you in 5 days. So if you order now and choose UPS, it's probably can reach you on time.

How to measure?

A: About the measurement, when you choose custom size, you need to measure your exact body size (according to the following picture) instead of the costume size. Our tailors will make the costume fit for you.

Once you make an order, it will take 15–20 working days to customize your costume by professional dressmaker. Complicated dress may need more than 30 days. Some wigs and Customized shoes will take a litter longer, about 4 to 5 weeks. All the accessories can ship immediately. If you need to attend a convention, please make sure you have enough time for preparing. 

Our dressmaker will start customizing the dress for you within 2 days after receiving your payment, it's impossible to cancel an order. Please make a careful decision.
