Hi can i ask if these can be custom made? In the Uk shoes sizes i am a 9 but in American shoe sizes am 11 how to i make it to my size?

Hello frenchbonbon, we use the shoes size "cm" as the standard.  
If you want shoes size bigger than 25 cm, (the heels design may be need to be slightly different), please submit ticket (with product link & request) to our Support Center and let my teammate helps you directly.  n_n

Hello Safi, yes, we can tailor make the size for you. Please choose any standard size, and write down the custom size measurements (shoes size) in remark box in order form. n_n

*Custom size costume doesn't charge extra cost, but the processing time will be longer than standard size costumes; for this costume in custom size, we need about extra 1-2 weeks to make it (excluding the shipping time).

How to measure?

A: About the measurement, when you choose custom size, you need to measure your exact body size (according to the following picture) instead of the costume size. Our tailors will make the costume fit for you.

Some wigs and Customized shoes will take a litter longer, about 4 to 5 weeks. All the accessories can ship immediately. Cosplayfu has no control over import charges and does not have responsibility for the package meeting local customs taxes. If the package is subsequently returned to us, you will be responsible for the return shipping charges and the transaction fee of the total product purchase. Then the rest of the money will be refunded to you after we get the package back.

Cosplayfu.com offer free worldwide shipping. Please make sure your shipping address is correct. We often use China Post, Hong Kong Post or USPS. Most likely you will get the products within 20-30 business days.

Refund:
